Much to ‘fathom’ out

Chapter two wrapped. Only 15k words at this point but, having done it all before, the remainder doesn’t seem daunting at all. I’m taking my time with this piece as there’s no reason to impose any kind of deadline. Besides, in terms of complexity, NexiLexicon is shaping up to be a very intricate beast and so I’d rather focus on depth of content as opposed to rushing to completion.

2018 McKitterick Prize entry

The Jesus Man has been entered into a national literary competition called The McKitterick Prize. At my age, it’s pretty much the only one I’m eligible for and, to be honest, I don’t really put much stock in this kind of thing usually. The prize, however, is a special award and just being considered will be an experience in itself.
